1). Skye McAlpine

Self-described ‘writer and home cook, living la dolce vita between Venice and London’, Skye’s new book A Table in Venice is a romantic and delicious ode to the city of canals. Her account is a dreamy collection of seasonal tables laden with tumbling flowers, vintage china and dishes such as scallops with pistachio gratin and burnt sugar amaretto cake along with snapshots of her enviable life. @skyemacalpine


2). Assaf Granit/The Palomar Soho

Want to learn more about the joys of Levantine food? Look no further than the genius creations of Jerusalem-London chef Assaf Granit.
