Located at the picturesque gateway to the majestic Qing Cheng Mountains, Six Senses Qing Cheng has been created to complement the UNESCO World Heritage & Natural Cultural site nearby Dujiangyan. Drawing upon the Six Senses style of responsible luxury, the resort has been designed to incorporate regional architecture and landscaping, yet it also has a sense of fun and modern flair. Chengdu Airport is a one-hour drive away and Chengdu city is 30 minutes away by car or rail link. The resort has two main swimming pools; one is outdoors and surrounded by landscaped gardens and the other is an indoor all-year heated pool. The resort has a 1,350 sqm Six Senses Spa set in a beautiful garden with locally inspired holistic and wellness treatments. There is an informal all-day restaurant with international and regional cuisine in either buffet style or à la carte, using many ingredients fresh from their organic garden. There is a children's club and many on-site activities for kids. For those who would like to explore the surrounding area there are lots of interesting excursions like hiking in the mountains, visits to the panda sanctuary, UNESCO World Heritage and Natural Cultural site near Dujiangyan.
