You define what you want to get out of your time here, be it total relaxation, post-natal fitness or to improve your athletic performance. - Day 1 - COMO Shambhala - Ubud, Bali
Arrive in Balie and transfer to your hotel. Settle into the Estate and enjoy a 30-minute consultation with your Health Manager to discuss what you want out of your stay and to plan your schedule. Once oriented, relax and enjoy your first massage. - Day 2 - COMO Shambhala - Ubud, Bali
Explore your exceptionally lush surroundings with a guided walk or on your own - the Estate is located next the Ayung River with its own sacred spring which is said to have healing properties. - Day 3 - COMO Shambhala - Ubud, Bali
Participate in the daily schedule of revitalising activities, such as yoga, pilates, and hiking. Wind down at the end of the day with a massage. - Day 4 - COMO Shambhala - Ubud, Bali
You will be met by your driver and taken for a tour of Ubud - a wonderfully charming and peaceful town, but also the cultural hub of Bali with vibrant artwork and museums. - Day 5 - COMO Shambhala - Ubud, Bali
