Travel west to Battambang's mountain pagodas before exploring the 'lost city' of the Khmers, Angkor. Discover colossal stone faces staring impassively across stone-built temples devoted to a long-forgotten empire, now trailed by jungle creepers and pierced by the strangling roots of vast forest trees. Travel on to the eastern towns of Kompong Thom & Kratie for a chance to catch a glimpse of the rare Irrawaddy Dolphin.
