Grand Tour of Cambodia
15 days from £2745 per person
Phnom Penh | Battambang | Siem Reap | Kompong Thom | Kratie | Mondulkiri | Phnom Penh
This grand tour explores all four corners of Cambodia and gives a great insight into the differing landscapes this stunning country has to offer. Starting with a stay in the capital of Phnom Penh, visit the sparkling Royal Palace, Russian Market and relics of the Khmer Rouge era. Travel west to Battambang's mountain pagodas before exploring the 'lost city' of the Khmers, Angkor. Discover colossal stone faces staring impassively across stone-built temples devoted to a long-forgotten empire, now trailed by jungle creepers and pierced by the strangling roots of vast forest trees. Travel on to the eastern towns of Kompong Thom & Kratie for a chance to catch a glimpse of the rare Irrawaddy Dolphin. Finish the journey with a stay in Mondulkiri, experiencing a slower pace of rural life. This tour is purely a suggested itinerary. It can be booked as is or alternatively used as a starting point for creating your own ideal bespoke holiday to Cambodia.
