A more adventurous itinerary which begins in the busy city of Kathmandu and the surrounding area before flying to Lhasa. After a few days exploring the many sites of the city and surrounding area, begin driving back to Nepal. The journey takes a few days and includes a day visit to Everst Base Camp before crossing the border into Nepal. You will have a final day to relax before returning to the UK. The accommodation is basic and some of the journeys long but the unique landscape and culture is, we feel, worth it. This tour is purely a suggested itinerary.
