Located within one of the original Le Corbusier designs for the new city of Chandigarh, Taj Chandigarh is the obvious place to stay for those visiting the city on an architectural pilgrimage. Situated in the very heart of the city, all of the major sightseeing attractions are a short drive away. Primarily designed as a business hotel, in a contemporary style, the property is comfortable, with spacious rooms, several restaurants, a pool and gym. However the hotel is often used for business and social functions, giving it a buzzing city-centre feel, rather than a calm luxury retreat.
