• We had a wonderful holiday - thank you for all your advice and help. It's hard to say the highlight but Siem Reap and the temples are what remain in our memory. Ampersand gives the best advice at the best prices and the accommodation was good. Guides were all excellent and very efficient at sorting our Vietnamese visas. We tried some of your recommended restaurants and they were all good. One to add in Siem Reap is Cuisine Wat Damnak www.cuisinewatdamnak.com - French chef with Cambodian cuisine. Our guide took us to Pho Zooo in Ho Chi Min City for lunch. It was surprisingly good for a tourist place, possibly the best pho on the trip. I would recommend the boat trip to anyone - gentle way to see some of the remote areas of the country.
