The opulent Eastern and Oriental Express is the most luxurious way to travel through South East Asia. Its gleaming green and cream carriages contain 66 air conditioned cabins, accommodating up to 132 passengers. All the cabins have 24 hour steward service and are furnished in cherry wood, with beautiful fabrics, fine linens and soft towels. Each compartment is fully air-conditioned with an en suite shower, washbasin, WC and feature large picture windows. While you dine in the evening, your compartment will be transformed from a living room to a bedroom by your steward. Breakfast is served in your compartment and all other meals, including afternoon tea, are served in the Restaurant Cars. Evenings are very social with opportunities to mingle.
