Adare Manor is a beautifully restored manor house, created to delight and impress, brimming with gothic splendour. There are a number of dining options, which include formal fine-dining in The Oak Room, where Head Chef Michael Tweedie’s tasting menu has distilled the essence of Ireland’s best artisan ingredients. The Drawing Room is a luxurious setting overlooking the manicured landscape gardens and is the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif before dinner or freshly brewed coffee in the morning, whilst The Tack Room offers an informal atmosphere for light snacks paired with world-class whiskey.

There are plenty of activities on offer to keep the family occupied too. At Adare one can really take in the beauty of the Irish countryside during a game of golf, or perhaps whilst fishing with the resident ghillie. There is also horse riding, archery and falconry for something a little bit different, and for those just looking to relax, there is a spa equipped with lavish La Mer products.
