Each of the 100 villas have large bedrooms and living spaces, walk in wardrobes, luxurious en-suite bathrooms as well as indoor and outdoor sitting areas. There are 60 one-bedroom villas and 40 pool villas which come with generously sized infinity pools, separate sitting room villas and a personal butler. The Four Seasons resort has also created The Nam Hai cooking academy, a daily programme that immerses you in a smorgasbord of Vietnamese taste sensations. Each day their talented team will take you on a different culinary adventure spanning the length of Vietnam, uncovering unique flavours along the way. The academy was started as a way to share passion for Vietnamese food with the world, and as an opportunity for professional chefs and guests alike to discover the secrets of Vietnamese cooking from some of the best in the business. The Nam Hai Cooking Academy is supported by its own herb and vegetable farm, supplying 35 seasonal products and maintained by 10 full-time gardeners. The Nam Hai Cooking Academy also runs a daily ‘Junior Academy’ for an hour each day, teaching young culinarians the skills of rice paper rolling, cookie and biscuit making, chocolate-making amongst other things. Whether on a single or multi-day course, students have access to their own personal cooking station and professional hands-on tuition.

Aside from cookery courses, there are three large swimming pools to keep guests occupied, as well as tennis courts and a stunning spa where a Vietnamese monk comes to ‘connect you to the earth’. The restaurants comprise of a fine dining option and a street food buffet which complete the impressive and memorable experience.
