This once-in-a-lifetime holiday is a celebration of Africa’s most prized hotspots. A sweeping journey from the highest dunes in Africa to the Okavango’s watery magic, home to some of the best wildlife on the planet. A trip to the mighty Victoria Falls, a glitzy 3 night-stay at the iconic Mount Nelson in Cape Town and finishing off with a flourish on the sun-drenched beaches of Southern Mozambique.
Spanning 24 days, this expansive holiday will take you on a journey across 5 different countries, 4 different World Heritage Sites and many thousands of miles with the added bonus of staying at some of Africa’s most treasured hotels and lodges. No day will be the same and you are continually wowed by the exquisite landscapes, rich cultures, traditions and experiences that each of these countries has on offer.
The holiday begins at Sossusvlei in Namibia where you will have the opportunity to climb the world’s highest freestanding dune and track the elusive and magnificent desert elephant. Next, a scenic flight across Namibia will take you to Etosha where you will explore the lovely Etosha National Park.
From the arid and stark beauty of Namibia, a 2-hour flight will take you to the vibrant and bustling city of Cape Town in South Africa, home to Table Mountain, Robben Island and some of the most delicious wines in the World. From Cape Town, venture forth to the watery wilds of the Okavango Delta in Botswana and embark on a thrilling 5-day safari.
From here, another hop on a light aircraft and a road transfer over into Zimbabwe takes you to the magnificent Victoria Falls. After a wondrous 2 nights in Victoria Falls, jump onto a flight to Johannesburg where an overnight stop at the stylish and luxurious Saxon Boutique will leave you refreshed and ready to embark on the last leg of your journey.
Another short flight takes you from Johannesburg to Maputo in Mozambique. Take a road transfer south to the 5-Star White Pearl Resort where deserted beaches, swaying palms and a huge dollop of beach heaven awaits. Spend the next 5 nights relaxing in paradise before jetting off in a helicopter back to Maputo for your ongoing flight to Johannesburg and an overnight flight to London.
