Places of interest in Zambia
A land of record-breaking rivers, waterfalls, wildlife and wilderness… this little corner of Africa has all this in spades. As well as the spectacular Victoria Falls, Zambia also boasts some of the finest wildlife in Africa in the remote and vast National Parks of South Luangwa and Kafue – one of the largest parks in Africa. The birthplace of the walking safari, Zambia prides itself on offering Africa’s most exhilarating safari experiences. The parks are absolutely huge and boast enormous concentrations of wildlife, birdlife and dramatic scenery. From the majestic Victoria Falls in the South to the fantastic game viewing in South Luangwa in the East, and the largely undiscovered and remote and beautiful Kafue National Park in the North - it’s hard to fathom the overwhelming size and magnitude of this awe-inspiring wilderness. For those with a little more time wishing to genuinely leap off the proverbial beaten track, Zambia has a real treat in store for you.
