The Pullman Saigon Centre
Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)
Open since 2013, The Pullman is a corporate-meets-trendy hotel and a good addition to the Saigon hotel scene. As a modern and international hotel brand, the Pullman is not going to give you a flavour of Vietnam, but it is a very polished and comfortable sanctuary to return to after your city sightseeing. The hotel is particularly Zen in contrast to the frenetic energy of Saigon and the staff are very helpful and friendly, which make it a charming place to stay. The Pullman is well located, a 10-minute walk from the centre of Saigon so you feel slightly removed from the thick of the action but still an easy stroll to the major sites. There is an open-air pool on the 6th floor with knockout views over the city and it has a smart little poolside bar, which is a great spot for sundowner drinks. The Pullman Spa is small but perfectly formed – it is atmospherically lit and has skilled massage therapists and a range of Thann products to choose from. There is a restaurant on the 3rd floor and a ground floor lounge bar with an outside terrace. The hotel has free wifi and guest computers in a small business centre by the lobby. There is no room service available.
