The landscape is characterised by dramatic mountains and vast desert scenery replete with ancient rock art sites, rocky boulders and some fascinating wildlife. 

The lodge has just 9 suites, each brilliantly designed to relish the surrounding landscape, each filled with all the creature comforts you would expect. The pale woods, crisp linens and modern architectural design contrast with the rugged and rocky terrain and deliver a stylish base for your adventures. There is a swimming pool, a lovely dining area and an open-fronted lounge which enjoys the breeze and uninterrupted views of Damaraland with the dramatic mountains beyond.

There is lots to do at Sorris Sorris including nature drives, sundowners or simply relaxing at the pool and breathing in the views. It is also possible to meet the local community, who are being supported by the lodge through conservancy fees. At an additional cost, a hot-air balloon flight, complete with champagne breakfast, is a sensational way to view the strikingly beautiful landscapes.
