There are three restaurants to choose from, each offering a different culinary experience, whether you fancy fresh seafood with your toes in the sand, international favourites by candlelight or a casual snack by the pool. Dining here is unfussy but thoughtful, with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients and plenty of choice.

The large pool sits just back from the beach, fringed by tropical gardens and flanked by loungers that beg you to linger. The Jetwing Spa adds another layer of indulgence, offering a range of traditional Ayurvedic treatments, massages and rituals, ideal after a long flight or before a journey into the Hill Country or Cultural Triangle.

Accommodation includes Deluxe Rooms and Suites, all of which are generously sized and come with private balconies or terraces that open directly onto views of the Indian Ocean. Watching the sun set from your lounger with a tropical drink in hand is a ritual in itself. The Suites are particularly spacious and come with additional comforts, including bathtubs with sea views.
